Relatively easy to assemble the ATV and get it going. However, the information available shipped with the item and that available online often does not match the item received. For example, to set the idle speed, speaks of an adjustment on the carburetor, but it doesn't exist. Information indicates there is a parking brake, but sure can't find it.

Got the TrailMaster Blazer4, but several bolts where missing. Two of the shock bolts had vibrated out and were lost in shipping. The steering wheel bolts were also missing. Bought replacements locally. These are minor issues compared to the fact that there is little, to no, assembly instructions. I had to go to YouTube and find videos others had made during their assembly of a similar TrailMaster Blazer.

We ordered a gokart from a different site. After a year we still did not have our gokart. I then contacted Familygokarts and was told they could get one to my house un Michigan in 4 days. 2 days later I had a gokart. My family is very happy with or trex. Thanks again.

I paid $2,000 for a gokart i ordered in april and never recieved. No calls, no text or email... until i started calling them at which point.. their unproffessional "scam team" would put me on hold every tim err i called saying crap like... " hold on, i hsve to use yhe bathroom" or " im grocery shoppong with my kids" WTH? last they tried telling me they nrver chatged my card, which i have proof they did charge, but since i considered them fraudulent, closed mt account. Ay this point they said they returned payment to mg account which is impossible as i moved banks. BEWARE. THESE TRASHY PEOPLE ARE A TOTAL SCAM!

Excellent communication. Item arrived perfectly crated and was the first one of 3 for which I have purchased from other suppliers with no damage. Went together quick and runs and drives great. A bit lean as designed, Changed oil and spark plug to NGK. Above average transaction.

We ordered a 4 wheeler at the end of May. It arrived missing the front racks and everything to hold the handle bars on. Tried calling and emailing and constantly got the run around. Was told the first week in July parts would be in. The last week of July and we're still waiting. Also, we paid for the extra kit for oil, etc and still nothing on that either. I do not recommend this company.
