FamilyGoKartsReviews of familygokarts.com

The service and product were good but I had damage and still have not heard anything back. Its very disappointing that service seemed to end once the sale was made, especially since I purchased 3 vehicles at one time.

If you're waiting for Amazon-like communication, forget it. It took a month to deliver and another month to receive my registration papers, but my product arrived safe and sound, is registered, and is working perfectly. I bought an Amigo scooter, so Family Go Karts did not send it to me directly, Amigo did. I received my Premium package in time too. Check what their responsibility is and the manufacturer's responsibility, search the internet for references and make your informed choice to buy here or not. It is up to you.

Nice bike I love it

Everything went as planned they answered all questions I had and was really a very smooth ordeal. Being from another state I was worried a little but all went through with no problems and would definitely buy there again

Customer service and delivery service used was great!

Relatively easy to assemble the ATV and get it going. However, the information available shipped with the item and that available online often does not match the item received. For example, to set the idle speed, speaks of an adjustment on the carburetor, but it doesn't exist. Information indicates there is a parking brake, but sure can't find it.

The delivery driver was supposed to go over and fill out a form with us and he dropped it off and left.

Fast shipping and Customer service was great with helping me to change the color choice at the last minute. Quality overall is good. Luckily we are mechanically inclined and did some upgrades on some of the parts. A few other minor things broke right away- we chose to just upgrade vs. complaining.
