Do not do business with this company ! I ordered a Vitacci RoadMaster from this company on July 30th, 2018 after they assured me it was in stock, so I placed an order and made payment on July 30th.. Aug 8th they emailed me saying they didn't have the scooter I ordered in stock and want me to wait several more weeks. I declined and wanted a refund. Bait and Switch !

Don't waste your or money they are gonna send you damaged products guaranteed. Then give you the run around send you the wrong parts then you end up just saying screw it and filing a complaint with the BBB and requesting a refund. This company is a joke.

There are many companies selling go karts. I did my research and finally picked Family Go Karts because of their excellent reviews. I made the right choice. Even after two years since I purchased a go kart from them, I still get excellent service and they treat me as a valued customer. I trust Family Go Karts and very pleased with how they do business.

Very friendly staff, big selection and great prices. I've bought from a few different Chinese powersports dealers online over the years, and family gokarts is one of the best places I have dealt with.
