I placed my order and to receive it was a difficult and ridiculous task I eventually requested a cancellation and ordered 2 Gi Karts elsewhere and received them promptly no hassles at all. After talking to someone 3 times the last times the last time I was told I needed a forklift to unload them as if anyone has a forklift just hanging around the backyard if not there would be an extra fee for this and that to many hidden fees on top of the hideous ordering process Nice Go Karts but the ordering process SUCKS!!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Do not waste your money buying from this company. There customer service is terrible. I bought a go kart from them and after I put it together I couldn't get it to run properly. I called customer service on 9/13/21and was told to submit the trouble ticket online which I did that day. On 10/1/21, after not hearing back from them, I called to follow up and I was told to submit a video of the problem, which I did on 10/3/21. On 10/7/21 I sent an e-mail asking if they'd received my video and stating that an acknowledgement would be great - crickets. I called again on 10/12/21 and asked if they'd received my video. They stated yes and that they would review it. I've heard nothing since. I hired a mechanic to pick it up and see if he can get it running since I've had a $1500 piece of junk just sitting in my garage for over a month. They also advertised free shipping, but when you call to set up delivery, they ask for your zip code and tell you that you have to pay for delivery and to get it unloaded. Crooks!

I cant believe it everything was on time and accurate NO CAP! For better lack of words. I mean it may not happen like this on every shipment but truth of the matter they try their hardest to make sure we as customers are satisfied.

was told 6 weeks on delivery, of course with covid it took 8 which is understandable the issue is, no contact or updates, nada, and if you try and contact them well good luck all you get told is well nothing, or "its not here" and then once they do arrive, give Yvette a call and see what kind of support you get, basically, you go to their website and enter a ticket, and like before, hope you get a response. and if you ask to speak to someone else... welll.. you get hung up on, great service huh? the equipment itself isn't bad, but you would do much better buy from someone else its not worth the hassle I promise you

I wish I would have checked this site before purchasing from this company. They were nice enough during the sales process but the customer service was horrendous. The unit did not function when I received it. I called for assistance. They seem to have only one person answering and she told me essentially, she knows nothing, she just answers the phone. The only thing she knows how to do is have you open a ticket. When pressed for more information she became agitated, reiterated she knows nothing about the process, refused to get a manager and ended the call abruptly. Very disappointing after spending $1500 with the company.

It has been five monthes that I have had the Vitacci Sparks 150cc scooter and love it. The 14 inch tires give it a very smooth ride. It has an FM radio with a usb port, micro sd card port, and bluetooth, all for music! It comes with one speaker which I never have a problem with. The battery holds up well with the DC-fired CDI. All the lights are LED's except for the tag light, of which I replaced with a .5 volt LED. Parts are a bit hard to find, only because the one I bought was a 2020 model which is expected.
