DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ZERO, AND THEY ARE LIARS. Free shipping consists of an access fee, a residential delivery fee, a fuel surcharge, and a liftgate fee that totals almost $200. They do not give you a Certificate of Origin with the shipment, instead you must email them and wait 3-5 weeks for them to get off their ass and send you something. Meanwhile you have a scooter that you can't use. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they refuse to let you speak with one.

I purchased 2 Coolster 3125XR8-U Youth ATVs - one is running good and one smokes heavily from the exhaust(oil smoke). I submitted a help request to which I was informed that the engine is perfect when it leaves the factory and that the oil wasn't changed before start up or it was ran too hot. These machines were delivered to my auto repair shop in Trumbull CT. I have been in the auto repair business for more than 30 years and am a ASE certified master auto technician. I personally drained the engines and filled them to factory spec with Mobil 1 10w30 before starting. One machine (red) is good and runs great and the other(army pink) smokes badly as if a ring is bad or valve seals leaking. The help request response indicated that nothing would be done for warranty.

Quad came in fine. Putting it together I had to band and manipulate the brush guard. Scratched it up a bit but made it line up with holes to put bolts in. It is under stress and I asked for a replacement. Has been 5 emails back and forth with pictures. They claim it's on and it looks fine. Once granddaughter started riding it the plastic pieces on the guard rattles. They will not ship and it's very frustrating. It's a kids 125, nice ride except for that. Paid $$ and I get defects...

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... We ordered a go kart for our child's birthday. Their website stated it was ready to ship, I even called them just to confirm it would ship right away and make it in time for our child's birthday. Two day's after placing the order, we were still waiting for our follow up call that was suppose to happen within 2 day's. After we waited over 2 weeks, I decided to write them to get the status. A guy wrote back the next day stating Alley would be calling me the following day. The next day Alley called me to inform me that they sold my son's blue go kart by accident, and their next shipment would be in 3 weeks from now. Alley and her manager told me I wouldn't even get the go kart for smooth 6 weeks... I stated that wouldn't work and I was guaranteed this go kart would make it to us in this for our child's birthday, seeing that's the reason I chose this company. The owner said I can't miracle you a go kart and for me to shut up and quit rambling so she could talk. I told her that was very unprofessional and how ghetto she handles her business. She canceled my order without my consent and hung up on me. So, here i am... wow, what deceptive business practices. DON'T TRUST THEM! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL... THEY BORROW YOUR MONEY FOR WEEKS, FREE OF INTEREST.

No communication between customer and business. I had to call repeatedly to get a status update. Was told each time it was 'getting closer'. Ten days later, called for the fifth time, woman explains they don't have either color we requested and it wouldn't be in until May. We chose this company because the man I spoke with before placing the order assured me the color we wanted was in stock for him to ship. I spoke with Mary and she 'made a note' that someone would call me 'wednesday' (which was 5 days ago now) if our color didn't come in. When called today, woman said we had two color options. I asked why no one bothered to follow up - no response on her end. Chose a color they had in stock and told it would be an additional 7-10 business days to deliver... when we've already waited that amount of time. But due to lack of communication on their end, we need to wait again. Not a company we recommend. Not helpful, Short on the phone and want you off the phone as quickly as possible.

Horrrrrible customer service!! Also fraudulent. Advertised free shipping then added a $89.77 “access fee” because I live near Boston. Owner Jeff hosted how good their service is during the sales process. Has since disappeared when I need help! The entire gas tank on my go kart came loose and fell of on day one. They gave me a run around about filing an online form and then haven’t helped at all! Scam and will be seeing this through

Considering the nature of the world, online purchases feel like they're here to stay. With that comes the tough job of customer satisfaction. My questions were answered promptly regardless of the time of day submitted. Jeff was clear with his replies and very respectful. It was a pleasure working through him.

Purchased a Vitacci ATV from them in February ‘21. Less than 2 weeks it arrived. We had it up and running in about an hour. Great communication throughout purchase.
