It’s been over a month now since I ordered in my product. All my emails have been replied to with an automated email and no one answers the phone. I think this sight is genuinely a scam

Horrible horrible service . Placed an order of a customized watch it’s been three months of waiting for nothing . Trying to get a hold of someone is exhausting. Nobody ever picks up the phone . At this point I don’t even think I’ll get a refund .

Took a long time to ship and that is understandable. But the quality of the product was HORRIBLE and now trying to return and get ahold of someone is impossible. I sent it back so hopefully I’ll get my money back?

I ordered the personalized song plaque and like everyone else is saying, it took forever to arrive. Additionally... the image on the website shows the plaque as being clear as glass and beautiful... the actual product is a cheap plastic material that is foggy, bubbled, and full of scratches. Very disappointed to say the least. I planned on giving this to my girlfriend as part of her birthday gifts, but I’m almost too embarrassed to admit that I spent money on it.

First bad review ever written about any company. I believe setting the right expectations is the key of having the best reviews possible and this company did not set expectations. I bought it on July 27th and said it would get here 3-7 days. I accepted since my anniversary with my wife was on August 5th. On August 2nd I got an email from them letting me know there are some delays and would receive not later than 7 days. I still have not seen the order. Starting to think this company is a fraud.

I would give 0 stars if I could, ordered a watch in March still haven’t received it and now they aren’t responding to my emails and won’t get in contact with me. Waste of time. Don’t waste your money.

I bought a belt and watch for my partner last night and then saw this page full of bad reviews. I got very stressed as it’s tough times with COVID-19 but I wanted to make sure I had a nice gift for my partners birthday ahead of time. I straight away emailed family box with my concerns and went over their return policy. I also found numerous positive reviews on Pinterest with pictures of their products. Family box has responded to me via email this morning and reassured me that They understand it’s frustrating to see negative reviews but that they are on top of my order, and understand its difficult times and they will get my order out within the next 2 weeks. Their products are made to order, and postal services are facing major delays due to covid so I’d recommend keeping in contact with family box. I will update this review when I receive the watch and belt. So far my experience has been good, they have been professional and I look forward to gifting these to my wonderful partner.

I got a watch for my husband for father's day. Can not read what is engraved on the back as it is so dark. With a flashlight and a magnifier you can almost read it. I have called and only gotten voicemail, I have sent numerous e-mails to no avail. I made a big mistake.
