Horrible Horrible experience order my boyfriend anniversary gift on sept 17th its now Oct 6th and haven't gotten no respond or call nothing they change my tracking number 2 times im so dissatisfied and highly disappointed 😞 don't ever order from here

Takes for ever to get delivered. You can’t get a hold of them they won’t respond to emails and won’t answer the phone. Plus they sent my package to Iowa when I’m from Washington. I feel like this is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM FAMILY BOX!

OUR SONG PLAQUE! hopefully i can save some of you . I DID GET MY PRODUCT. it did take forever like people are saying. i saw some people were mad at the blurry horrible look it had. trust me i was too!!!! BUT its becuase there a COVER FILM ontop of it. its kind of hard to find , try the corners but once u peel it off , the plaque is CRYSTAL CLEAR as shown on the website.

Complete scam, don't bother. If you need to ask why, just try reaching them. A buddy of mine was scammed with this.

Product looks clean and clear. The light makes it look awful and can’t make it out. No light looks great. It does come with a very hard to remove cover that makes it seem foggy and scratched but when it’s removed it’s quite clean. Took forever to get here and wasn’t sure if it ever would.

Please do yourself a favor and dont buy from here. Got the “our song” gift for my girlfriend and their packaging is literally better quality than the actual product. First of all not glass. Its plastic Second of all its so blurry and i cant even see the picture on it. Also, the spotify music code doesn’t work... worst money I’ve ever spend

I wouldn't recommend familybox I’m afraid. The team is not responding to your emails and they promise your package gets delivered within 2-5 business days. But my package didn't arrive before nearly 2 months after I ordered it. And the final look of what I thought I would get, wasn't even close to what they said and promised it would be. So I’m sorry but do not buy anything from familybox
