After ordering, I later looked at the reviews on this sight. I was left extremely worried after reading so many bad reviews. I placed a order for Our Song and didn’t receive any tracking info. A few days later I got the email, but the order had taken a week or so to dispatch. After reading the reviews I was unsure if I would even receive my order so I emailed the company, I got a automated email back a few hours later with a new tracking code. A couple of weeks later it had said the item had been dispatched again. Today I received the item after 3 weeks of waiting and it is in perfect condition and could not be happier with how it has turned out. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews.

Terrible customer service. They keep emailing me saying “customer service is our #1 priority” and I’ve emailed them 5 times regarding a problem with my order and haven’t got an answer once. Give your money to businesses that deserve it.

Worst product/customer service ever. I ordered a “Our Song” Plaque in October and received it after a month. When it came, the product was insanely blurry. I emailed and called and they told me there is a plastic cover on the product, but the plastic cover is impossible to get off. Stay away from buying this product to save yourself trouble. It is unbelievably terrible.

Worst customer service ever. My item came with a large scratch down the side of it and then also had a big burn like mark, maybe from pressing the image to the plastic it comes on? I reached out afterwards and they ignored my messages but kept messaging me to leave a review for them so here it is. Don't waste your time on a blurry scratched up image on plastic. Also they blocked me on Facebook from commenting on their posts letting potential customers know my experience. The song worked though lol.

Absolute waste of money. After waiting nearly 2 months for a plaque with a picture and a Spotify code on it, it has finally arrived. The box was torn and dented and was not handled with any care whatsoever. The acrylic plaque has marks and scratches all over it and the picture is blurry as hell. A picture taken in 1950 would look better than this. The Spotify code also does not work and the stickers are already peeling off. This company is a scam do not waste your money! Wish I read the reviews before buying.

So disappointed. I bought a watch from them for my boyfriend and the watch did not work. Hoping customer service will respond to me but am not holding my breath. Shop somewhere else

Do not buy from this company complete scam. Ordered a plaque for my girlfriend at the beginning of October, been over a month still no plaque. Customer service is absolute ass, only auto generated emails after I’d email the support number. Customer service # doesn’t even have an operator just a voicemail. Don’t buy from them.

Scam Literally orderd a picture franks for my girlfriend for our anniversary in july and it just came in october. Terrible packaging and AWFUL quality. Please do not shop here. 0 customer service. It’s a scam!!
