Have been waiting 42 days for my T shirt.All emails sent by me have been met by robotic responses, not addressing my concerns.Took my monies within 24 hrs.Does this company exist?

Ordered there my man watch for my anniversary. Watch does not work. I guess they are only supposed to be for show. Been trying to contact someone with no luck at all. Would really like a refund but none answers there phone or emails. So sad that they take advantage of so many people. Smdh

I want to leave a positive review about this company. I bought the "my man" watch for my fiancee for Father's Day after seeing an admin facebook. After ordering is when I started to read the reviews about it being a fraudulent company and people not receiving their order etc. I started to feel uncomfortable and emailed the company about my order. They immediately responded stating that covid-19 had made their shipping a bit later than usual (which is understandable), so it calmed my fears a bit. I recieved my watch like 2 days after emailing and the product was perfect and of very good quality! My fiancee loved his gift! I highly reccomend family box co.to anyone who wants to order from them. They came through above and beyond! Will use them again. Thank you family box co. for making wonderful quality engraved personalized gifts that are affordable.

I ordered my boyfriend a watch for our 1 year anniversary. I ordered this June 9 and our anniversary was June 23. On the website it said 5-7 bus days so I just knew it would be here in time. WRONG! I did not receive my package until July 3! That is completely ridiculous! I emailed them twice and never received a response back. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO EITHER.

Very sad. No parcel and no delivery since March 2020. I gave up hope.

NEVER order from this company!!! I ordered more than 9 weeks ago and it never arrived!! Now I am reading similar reviews... wished I had checked sooner!

Item came from China. First item came quickly, second took weeks. After inquiring, they sent me a tracking #, it showed item shipped from China. Initial tracking they gave showed California, I'm guessing they didn't mean to send me the correct shipping info. Website is misleading, indicating made locally.
