Got it 3 weeks later... and it has a grammar error and sounds so stupid tried to email them they won’t answer phone number is a hoax... 🤦🏼‍♀️ So dissatisfied

This so called business is such a scam.... I been waiting almost 2 months for my product and been emailing them every other day..... one of the emails said it was returned cus improper address and that if I gave a complete address the would ship it back... well I gave them the address once again.. still nothing and just auto response message all the time through email once I said that I'm sick of same message they stopped responding and I asked multiple times to be contacted by phone and never happened... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

It took a minute but I finally got my gift thanks Familybox and he loves it

I ordered a for my man watch on May 3rd. It sates in an email they sent it would take 3 to 7 business days to get it once shipped. Okay it "shipped" on May 9th, it is now June 19th. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE EMAILED NO RESPONSE, IT STILL SAYS IT IS WITH THE USPS SHIPPING PARTNER AND JUST KEEPS GOING TO DIFFERENT STATES. I contacted my bank and they gave me a refund. Very disappointed in people who would do stuff like this.

ordered the son wallet and liked it so much , it came within a week so I ordered a grandson wallet, weeks went by and nothing! I tried contacting them , emailed everyday, kept getting automated emails back I tried calling , left a message with no return call it sounded like someone’s personal cell phone, well now it’s been a month and nothing . 6 weeks later after several attempts trying to contact them the wallet came but was not the one I ordered! I ordered the brown one but got the black one and you can’t even read 2 lines that are imprinted inside the wallet because half the letters are not there! I was so disappointed but kept it , I wasn’t going to take a chance on sending it back and not getting one at all! There was a couple items on the site I really liked but I’ll never order from this place again! Not worth the money!

NEVER trust this company. I ordered on May 9th and never received my mug I was giving my husband for a wedding present. (Had NO issues with other places I've ordered from.) No further emails, cannot get ahold of a person, and so I sent this info to my bank, the BBB, and the FBI. SCAM COMPANY.

Order finally came in after months of waiting and practically no responses from the company. They stopped responding after I asked for refund since order had not come. Yes. I understand the problems of the world and how it was causing delays but every other company I ordered from had no problems. Or they at least gave real tracking information. The tracking from this company is a joke.

Never received product, could not reach vendor, number to company listed on cc summary disconnected... DO NOT ORDER FROM FAMILY BOX CO... fraudulent “company”!!!
