I order my boyfriends a the watch for Xmas on November 29 I received one email stating that my order had been received and that they hope that my experience was a good one on order and on website and it was it was easy quick pass I received the gift on December 6 and I am very satisfied they also reached out when the shipment was going to be shipping I believe the customer service is excellent and I love the watch I would definitely buy again from this website

For weeks Facebook advertised this Spotify plaque on my feed. I love the idea of it but was fear full of the supplier being a scam. Finally after weeks I clicked the link and started going through the extremely easy steps of building such plaque. I caved in and orders the gift. Nervous about it even arriving I decided to read more reviews leading me here. So many unhappy customers lead me to think I’d see my gift in 2030 if at all. First and foremost the plaque was everything I wanted. This is a plastic plaque with a removable film so please follow instructions. The Spotify scan works perfectly! Delivery did hit a snag as it was hung up at distribution center hours from my home for over 10 days. USPS finally updated me and with Covid in full swing the package arrived today. Roughy 3 weeks later. I’d say a normal delivery would have been 2 weeks. Along the process I emailed family box notifying them that the gift was still in transit after shipping 13 days prior. Unsure if I’d even hear back. I received and email 24 hours later stating “Good day! We deeply apologize for the delay. As much as we love to have your order to be delivered on time, our shipping partners have to follow protocols. Your safety is our priority. Your package is already in transit. Here is the link We appreciate your patience and understanding. Ben” I’m thankful for this gift and the purchasing process. 5 stars!

I bought a belt and watch for my partner last night and then saw this page full of bad reviews. I got very stressed as it’s tough times with COVID-19 but I wanted to make sure I had a nice gift for my partners birthday ahead of time. I straight away emailed family box with my concerns and went over their return policy. I also found numerous positive reviews on Pinterest with pictures of their products. Family box has responded to me via email this morning and reassured me that They understand it’s frustrating to see negative reviews but that they are on top of my order, and understand its difficult times and they will get my order out within the next 2 weeks. Their products are made to order, and postal services are facing major delays due to covid so I’d recommend keeping in contact with family box. I will update this review when I receive the watch and belt. So far my experience has been good, they have been professional and I look forward to gifting these to my wonderful partner.

I want to leave a positive review about this company. I bought the "my man" watch for my fiancee for Father's Day after seeing an admin facebook. After ordering is when I started to read the reviews about it being a fraudulent company and people not receiving their order etc. I started to feel uncomfortable and emailed the company about my order. They immediately responded stating that covid-19 had made their shipping a bit later than usual (which is understandable), so it calmed my fears a bit. I recieved my watch like 2 days after emailing and the product was perfect and of very good quality! My fiancee loved his gift! I highly reccomend family box co.to anyone who wants to order from them. They came through above and beyond! Will use them again.
