Terrible company. Ordered a neckless for my wife 5 months ago and still no delivery. No response from customer service despite several emails.

I ordered a keychain on Oct 11, 2019, Family Box website said 3 to 5 days to guaranteed. Ten days later I emailed Family box because I still had not recieved an email the item was ready or shipped. Michella said she will look into it. That same day, suddenly I got an email the package was being shipped. Michella got back to me the next day and said it was delivered, which is interesting cause I got the your order is being shipped confirmation email the day before. When the recipient checked for the package it was delivered and nothing was in the package. We opened a claim with the post office who did not find the item. I reached back out to family box and now Nov 27, have still not heard back. This company has horrible reviews for a reason. I will tell everyone about this experience especially cause they promote on Facebook and social media. Horrible customer support, they take your money and could care less if you get your item.

Horrible Company. Website looks nice and inviting however I was told that my gift would ship within 7 days. Once the shipping number was sent to me 9 days later it says that order has been picked up but no further tracking information and it’s been 2 weeks. I have emailed the company several times with absolutely no responses. I ordered this as a engagement gift I was going to present with a ring. The money was taken out of my account but at this point I’m sure my gift will never come. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

Ordered a wallet from this company and cancelled before the ordered was shipped. Emailed them 5 or 6 times and no response but the money was taken from my account. It was taken through Paypal so at least I might have some recourse...terrible customer service !!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could, I would give this negative stars. I placed an order 3+ weeks ago and was told it would be shipped "USPS First-Class" and arrive within 3-7 business days. I still have not received either my order, or a shipping confirmation email. I have emailed the support team and still have yet to receive any response. I've also tried NUMEROUS times to call the support phone number. It rings for about 1 minute and then automatically disconnects. I'm kicking myself for not having used Pay-Pal as it's looking like it would take a miracle now to ever receive my order. Hopefully this review will give them motivation to make things right as I have failed at being able to reach them in any other way. Otherwise I will never make another purchase from this company and strongly recommend that no one else makes the same mistake.

Ordered item 6 weeks ago and despite sending repeated emails to enquire where my order was I still have not received it or been advised what is happening. I have contacted PayPal
