This product is horrible. Took almost two months to get here and i ordered it saying it would come in before Christmas. They lie about the tracking service and where it’s located. I know it was close to Christmas so USPS was probably already slow enough but the company took 18 days to finally move it. There is a plastic film you have to take off and there is no instructions in the box that say that. The box that it came in was almost completely crushed and there are scratches and smear marks on the actual gift that will not come off. Absolute horrible costumer service, never wasting another dime on this company it’s a freaking scam.

Zero stars. Took a month for my gift and it’s still not here. Not worth the month wait for $60 will update when package comes.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. They don’t deliver your product. They lie about tracking numbers and their customer service is the absolute worst. Won’t give a refund even tho their product is over 2 months overdue. DO BOT BUY FROM THEM.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is trash. AWFUL customer service. They won’t respond. 60 bucks was basically stolen from me. I ordered my item 10/30/20 and STILL never got it. Now my emails don’t even get answers. This is an absolute scam of a website.

I ordered something from them With guaranteed Christmas delivery. It’s December 28th and it’s still floating around. I know Usps is having issues but the item sat from 12/11 to 12/22 waiting to be given to Usps. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response. There is no phone number. Don’t bother if you want the item when promised

Very unsatisfied. I ordered this a few weeks back and have been emailing family box about a refund and to confirm the address but no response. The picture was not clear, it looked frosted and backwards. Plus the song would not play. It kept asking me to pay for the Spotify membership

For weeks Facebook advertised this Spotify plaque on my feed. I love the idea of it but was fear full of the supplier being a scam. Finally after weeks I clicked the link and started going through the extremely easy steps of building such plaque. I caved in and orders the gift. Nervous about it even arriving I decided to read more reviews leading me here. So many unhappy customers lead me to think I’d see my gift in 2030 if at all. First and foremost the plaque was everything I wanted. This is a plastic plaque with a removable film so please follow instructions. The Spotify scan works perfectly! Delivery did hit a snag as it was hung up at distribution center hours from my home for over 10 days. USPS finally updated me and with Covid in full swing the package arrived today. Roughy 3 weeks later. I’d say a normal delivery would have been 2 weeks. Along the process I emailed family box notifying them that the gift was still in transit after shipping 13 days prior. Unsure if I’d even hear back. I received and email 24 hours later stating “Good day! We deeply apologize for the delay. As much as we love to have your order to be delivered on time, our shipping partners have to follow protocols. Your safety is our priority. Your package is already in transit. Here is the link We appreciate your patience and understanding. Ben” I’m thankful for this gift and the purchasing process. 5 stars!

At first, I was very upset to open my Soundtrack Plaque that I ordered. Although it did take many weeks to arrive which personally didn't bother me especially with Covid as a factor, I was pleasantly surprised after reading many bad reviews. I was quick to assume that the plaque was ruined since it had many scratches on it, however there is a plastic film that you need to peel off and the plaque really is as clear as it appears to be online. Just be patient and try the corners and the film will eventually peel, because it was only the film that was scratched.
