Good good good

Have been trying since end of December to get a refund or a new journal (spelling error on front cover .."leain" instead of "learn"). Numerous emails, some responses they are looking into it and then nothing. Last email I sent with all emails attached, totally ignored.

My wife loved this gift. I used our original wedding picture and the song from our renewal and she loved it. She liked how different the idea was. Great turnaround time for such a custom item. Spotify code works great also. Thank you Family Box Co.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company is a fraudulent company thats literally stealing people's money. Ordered an item and it never showed up...Ever..Pathetic!! And can't even get a response from them

I’m very very frustrated with family box. I ordered a bi- fold Wallet Jan.26, 2021,supposed to be for Valentine’s day but today is March 9,2021 and has not arrived yet. I tracked it with the tracking number they provided and it said it arrived in Canada and then the next week, I had an update from them that the tracking number was updated. I tried that tracking number and until now it said tracking number does not exist. What a scam!!!! I sent them numerous emails and they ignored since no response from them at all. Beware of family box. They Collect your money and then they disappear on thin air!!!!

I ordered from them. I received a tracking number. I ordered the watch and received some pencils. The telephone number goes to a voicemail. I have not gotten a response from the email sent. I am gonna do a charge back through my bank.

Ordered this item 3 weeks before christmas, they claimed it would be here for Christmas. After receiving a shipping email a couple days after purchase i had hope, but it showed no updates after 2 weeks. At the 3 week mark i received another email saying "its about to be shipped" so they lie which is really cool. Not to mention the spam they send you. Dont order from them their "family owned business" is nothing but another chinese website that sells hot garbage.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Ordered what i thought was a plaque, uploaded the photo, the display showed it on a plaque, but yet when it arrived in the mail, One month and 11 days later, it was a black poster. Customer service will not answer the phone. Very, very misleading website. Terrible customer service, not worth the money. Edit: I paid through PayPal thankfully, explained the situation with them, received my full amount back.
