I order a wallet for my husband. Shipping said 5-7 days. It passed 20 days already. Wont recommend this to no one!!!

I ordered a "starry night" ring for my girlfriends birthday, they said item would be shipped in 5-7 days. it appeared the company was out of California. I live in Washington state. I ordered the ring on 5/18 and though it would arrive by 5/28 witch is her birthday. as 5/28 approached, I tried calling the customer service number several (4)times, with no answer, and asked to leave a voicemail, which I did. Never received a call, message, or an email back! They were very prompt at taking payment out of my account, but not with any explanation on where the hell my ring was. it's been 2 weeks now an not as much as a word. I believe I've been scammed and i'm going to tell anyone who asks about familybox.com to stay FAR away. It's on of the worst companies I have ever delt with.

I have not got my emerald starry night ring. I was really looking forward to it but no this website is a scam. At least that's what I think. I'll believe it when I see it. It's been a couple weeks so far

*TERRIBLE BUSINESS WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE* I used this website to order my girlfriend a gift for Valentine's day and at first, I accidently ordered the wrong item; as soon as I placed the order and realized it was the wrong one, I emailed asking to cancel the order (no response). After a few days I followed up again and got a response but due to "technical difficulties" they didn't receive my email on time so it was too late to cancel. So then I asked for a refund and to send the item back to the company once it arrived in the mail but they refused and instead offered me only 50% back when it was their fault in the first place that the order wasn't canceled. I sent them numerous emails after that quoting their own refund policy from the website which said I was eligible for a full refund if I was not satisfied with the item. They ignored all my emails and instead kept trying to offer me the 50% back. It's been months and I gave up and accepted the 50% after being ignored so many times. You can't ignore customers and not follow your own policy.

I am so furious and disappointed they're not trust worthy, I ordered a watch for my son last year 2021 and up to now there is no response. Maybe their business is a scam. They don't deserve any star people must be warned about this scam please.

I order my boyfriends a the watch for Xmas on November 29 I received one email stating that my order had been received and that they hope that my experience was a good one on order and on website and it was it was easy quick pass I received the gift on December 6 and I am very satisfied they also reached out when the shipment was going to be shipping I believe the customer service is excellent and I love the watch I would definitely buy again from this website

I ordered a wallet for my boyfriend over 2 weeks ago!! Still haven't received it and have tried tracking the order and found nothing. Tried calling the number for the company and it just has a recording saying the party I am trying to reach is unavailable and for me to leave a message!! No call back. Even tried to email and no reply. Now, I have to try and get my money back. I will definitely not recommend this company for anyone.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this site before ordering... I placed an order on September 16th, 2021 and received nothing that the order was in the works. I reached out and days later they said they order shipped with tracking information (the tracking information just said status unavailable). 2 weeks went by with no return on my many calls/voicemails/emails and finally they said "it was lost in transit but not to worry, another has been shipped" The new tracking information says it is coming from China with again... No tracking information available (tracking number not found). I ordered the item 1 month (20 business days) ago and doubt that it will ever come. It says the items ship within 3 days and you would receive them within 7-10 business days which is a complete lie! I would give the company ZERO stars if I could.
