Do not order from this company.

After I placed my first order at Fame and Partners, I read some reviews about this company online. They were not very good, which actually scared me a lot. Mainly about the delivery schedule and the product quality. However, my experience turned out to be quite an opposite. I received my order in/on time. The quality of my dress is very nice. The fullness of the tulle is just PERFECT. The material is good. Plus their customer service people did follow up with my order status for me. Therefore, I’m super satisfied with my experience with Fame and Partners. This was the first time I ordered from this company directly. I ordered a couple dresses from Free People (by Fame and Partners) lately and I loved them.

Not worth the headache. I selected a dress that was underneath their section "Custom dresses delivered in 2 weeks". I even paid the extra $25 in shipping so it would come 7-10 days later. 4 weeks later I reached out to them and they said the dress still hadn't been made yet and since my dress was custom it caused the shipping to be "immensely impacted". I hardly consider selecting what length I want to be very customized but either way their entire website's motto is that everything is custom. So wouldn't that mean that all customers face the risk of their items being immensely impacted since all items are custom. Why advertise that you can deliver custom dresses in two weeks if that is a promise you can not fulfill?

I made an order of 4 dresses, all with the same estimated shipping time. Though they shipped earlier than the suggested time frame, they all shipped on the same day as different shipments. Since my order shipped as 4 different packages, that meant I had to pay 4 x the duty fees, resulting in a sum of over $400. Their response was that they process their shipments per dress to get customers their orders as quickly as possible. While I can understand this, my packages all shipped on the same day-- surely the order could have been packaged as 1 shipment. A huge part of my interest in the Fame & Partners brand was their no-waste philosophy. However, it is evident that their environmental impact is not taken into consideration when they unnecessarily processing 1 order into 4 shipments worth of plastic and packaging. Not only did my order turn out to be absurdly expensive, the products I received are absolutely not worth the price. The quality of the material is poor and the fit is not as expected for "custom" dresses made to my measurements.

My experience with fame and partners has been great. My dress arrived on time and was just as shown online. I found now flaws in the make of the dress or the fit. I’m looking forward to getting to wear such a beautiful and unique dress and would definitely consider using fame and partners in the future.

I've ordered dresses from here for two proms and I was extremely satisfied both times. Although expensive, I do believe you are paying for high quality, beautiful, unique dresses. Both dresses fit well and did not need alterations. Seriously loved the way they looked and the way they made me feel.

Utter trash, would never recommend or order again. The design is beautiful and I eagerly awaited my dress for 6 weeks - not a big deal, I had time before my big event. The dress comes and I am already nervous for my unboxing experience - it has a weird smell, and I can tell the fabric looks cheap. As I take out my dress, the smell gets stronger and I notice the fabric is super thin and all wrinkled. Not off to a great start, but I'm excited to try it on. I try it on and the fit is ok, but I immediately notice the zipper is not built right. It looks like its pulling at the fabric. The hem on the slit of the dress is uneven and awkward. I wanted to love it but the quality is damn near terrible. I would be embarrassed to wear this to a nice event.

I wanted so badly to like their products, and was excited when I received it earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the material looks and feels cheap, the lining creates wrinkles and bumps, and they didn’t follow my customizations (slim straight leg pant was very baggy and looked uneven.) I am still trying to figure out how to return the product, but cannot find the “return my order” link they reference.
