I ordered a custom gown which I wanted to return - it was way too long (even though I provided my exact measurements) and for how much you pay, the quality is similar to much cheaper fast fashion brands. I knew I was going to forfeit 25% to return it, but I really didn't want the dress. I emailed customer service with the return request and a photo, and after 6 days and a follow-up email, customer service responded that they would give me a refund and I don't need to return the dress. Odd, but okay. Getting my money back took about 2 weeks. So I got the refund, but now I have a "custom" dress that I don't really like nor want. My overall criticism would be the low quality of the product, the incorrect measurements for a "custom" order, and the fact that customer service took 6 days to respond, which was a bit stressful given the return window. I wouldn't recommend this store, because the "custom" option wasn't accurate, and to return a "custom" product, you forfeit 25% of what you paid.

I purchased the Allegra in black, size 0, 5'3". It arrived in a timely manner, undamaged, and is decent enough. I'm by no means overwhelmed by it, and I'll certainly blend in with every other basic dress at the event. It's horribly large up top (I'm a 32A, gain a couple lbs maybe a 34B) and a 25"-26" waist and it easy could be taken in a couple inches. I would send it back if I had the time but unfortunately will wear this once and most likely never again.

I bought the Queen of Peace dress for ~$330 AUD after some hesitations due to the overwhelming number of bad reviews. The dress arrived 10 days after ordering it which was great however some of the stitching was poor quality. For a dress which cost well over $300 and required a further $120 worth of alterations, I expected much higher quality material and stitching. The colour of the dress was beautiful but the fabric felt very cheap and crinkled easily. I love the theoretical ideology behind the company but it simply doesn't deliver well made, high quality dresses. If you want a nicely designed, out of the ordinary but poorly executed dress, then Fame and Partners is the company for you. I really hope they improve in the future as it seems like a good company!

It was a satisfactory experience overall...not blown away but not upset either. The packaging was intact but my garment could have been packaged with a bit more TLC. It seemed a tad wrinkly and while I love the bag with the button to protect the dress, I would consider a more sleek packaging system. A little extra effort goes a long way from a customer perspective. Overall, the quality of the dress was fine but for the price, I would have wanted it to feel more high-end or at least something more special instead of basic.
