DO NOT ORDER A DRESS FROM THE OUTLET!!! The website does state that there are customizations to the dresses on the website. However, the back of the Zarita dress I ordered was completely different. Had I known that, I would NOT have ordered the dress. Additionally, the dress was raised so it did not fall where it was supposed to. Needless to say, I am highly upset. And here's the thing, the customizations were on the packing slip, but can't be listed on the website? To add insult to injury, all outlet sales are final. Never again!

I placed my order on April 15th and paid the $15 for shipping (5-7 business days). I have yet to receive a shipping number and it’s May 1st. The reason for two stars is I emailed Fame and Partners Outlet explaining how I wanted a reimbursement for the $15 I paid for shipping (because it wasn’t shipped in the 5-7 days or delivered during that time frame) and they complied. I was sent an email saying the reimbursement has been initiated. Without that I would have given it 1 star.

If you're not prepared to lose 50% of the dress to duties and alterations I do not recommend you by from F&P. My forest green Escala dress fit like they only made alterations to the length of the dress hem. The waist was way too low and nothing fit quite right. The fabric was heavy (reasonably good quality for polyester) but easily attracted dust (impossible to keep clean), and I felt like the colour was a little cheap. The train was massive for someone that's 5'1", I do not feel like they considered my height when adding it. Given that is already paid 145$ in duty fees I had wanted to keep it but alterations would have been much more than the 50$ F&P will help cover. All the features (leg slit, draped cowl back) made for tricky alterations. So I sent it back which cost another 20$, and am expecting to be hit with F&Ps 35 USD fee when the dress is returned. I was aware of the duty costs and the return fee ahead of time, but given their emphasis on made to order and promise of helping with alterations it makes it hard to think you'd return the dress. To my Canadian ladies- especially those of you like myself who might be splurging to treat yourself to something nice, avoid the stress of shopping from F&P. It's not a fun or pleasant shopping experience 🙂

Utter trash, would never recommend or order again. The design is beautiful and I eagerly awaited my dress for 6 weeks - not a big deal, I had time before my big event. The dress comes and I am already nervous for my unboxing experience - it has a weird smell, and I can tell the fabric looks cheap. As I take out my dress, the smell gets stronger and I notice the fabric is super thin and all wrinkled. Not off to a great start, but I'm excited to try it on. I try it on and the fit is ok, but I immediately notice the zipper is not built right. It looks like its pulling at the fabric. The hem on the slit of the dress is uneven and awkward. I wanted to love it but the quality is damn near terrible. I would be embarrassed to wear this to a nice event.

This company is difficult to return to. Well made dresses, but if you want a dress within a month good luck. They are not on time, and the process to return is lengthy. Also their customer service number listed on the website is fake. Never worked in two months.

I was really looking forward to receiving the item and was so disappointed. The fabric wasn’t the quality I had expected for the price and the fit was wrong - the item had to be returned and cost me a lot in postage, the fees they charge for return and import duties from the UK. Not worth it if you’re a UK customer!
