Very bad costumer service. they never replied to me back. I had live chat with Angela, Sarah They are keep seeing I need to wait. I will receive all my answers by email. but I ever received anything.I just wasted my 2 days. and dress that ordered was very short ((((( veryyy Disappointed ((((( I will never order again

Really lovely products. Reason for dropping one star is that their customer service is hard to get ahold of , and that they have quoted my parcel as being about 4 times as expensive as it should be so importing to the UK meant customs fees were through the roof Having said that beautiful company, lovely dresses, perhaps if I didn't have to pay £80 for duty fees I'll be looking forward to buying from them again
