We installed our Christmas light tree and it worked the first night. It didn't work the next day. We emailed customer service, tried the troubleshooting actions they suggested unsuccessfully, provided them with the info they requested, and nothing. No response. Christmas came and went with no reply, so we re-sent our request for return and refund instructions. We are now struggling to get a refund from our credit card company. All we wanted was a Christmas light tree! April 3, 2023 update: I was contacted by Corporate customer service and am working with them to remedy the situation!

Ordered product after Christmas and arrived promptly but tree doesn’t light. Reached out to company several times to resolve the problem and I have not received a response. Hopefully by writing this review they will contact me to resolve the issue.
