FairybellReviews of fairybell.us

Instructions are unclear on setup and waxed cardboard base is not strong enough ro hold pole upright.

The people seemed nice when I could get a response and I got an email that said that it had been sent but I have heard nothing else and haven’t received the item.

Directions were awful!

Fairybell offers unique and visually striking LED light decorations that look great for holiday and events. The designs are creative and stand out, but pricing can be on the higher side and installation may take some patience. Overall, the quality is good, but the value may depend on budget and expectations.

I purchased a 26' flagpole for the Fairybell tree that I also ordered. When received, there were two straight sections, only one was required, and I was short a section for the pole. Also, the instructions could be much better.

The add was deceptive. Only in the fine print, would you have known that you weren't getting the flagpole as well as the lights.

Everything went well with delivery. The tree was very tangled and went up with some difficulty. Also, there is are 2 zig zag runs that are not illuminated. I wasn't going to say anything since that only accounts for about 20-30 lights out of 4000 but it does make a weird rectangle between the two anchor points.

We ordered the 13 foot tree. It certainly looks a lot less appealing in reality than it does in the picture. Skimpy lights and very cheap looking. It was easy to put together so that’s why I gave it three stars. You can get pretty much the exact same thing at Costco for about $200. I wish I’d realized that before I ordered from FairyBell. Also, the information said you could switch from white to colored lights. However, we can’t get it to change from multicolored to white.
