Shipping and instructions made it easy Beautiful trees I have two now

When I purchased my light tree it was missing pieces and by the time I received the replacements it was February. Almost non-existent customer service. Buyer Beware!

Lights are so beautiful. Easy set up and minimal storage space in off season.

The Fairybell Christmas tree I bought as a surprise for my wife was a huge hit. Easy to set up, and was so pretty we ended up leaving it up in the backyard until mid-February.

Fast shipping and great customer service

2nd year setting up and taking down by myself. This tree looks awesome lit up. It's a lot of work though. Getting a lot of help must be key. I have damaged my plug wires both times. The gauge is very small and I am not careful enough. The Staff with customer care at FB are fantastic. The item I needed was packaged safely and delivered speedily. What I really like is that the company is still there and that reliability means so much. The quality of our 35', 8000 light Fairy Bell tree is very remarkable. It has been complimented many many times.

The ordering, delivery, set up and looks of your product are fine. I have the 6m multicolor flag pole setup. The quality and durability leave a lot to be desired! My first light set lasted only 2 Christmas seasons. Despite me lowering the lights before every storm, multiple zip ties needed to be replaced and eventually the cables/3 wires between light tore/pulled apart in multiple places and they couldn't be repaired. I am trying one more time and any failure will be returned.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase from Fairybell.us. The outdoor Christmas tree is absolutely beautiful and looks even better in person than online. The lights are bright and evenly spaced, and the tree itself looks full and high quality. The ordering process was easy, delivery was smooth, and everything arrived well packaged. Setup was straightforward, which I really appreciated for such a large outdoor display. Once it was up, it completely transformed our yard and brought so much holiday cheer — we received lots of compliments from neighbors. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Fairybell.us to anyone looking for a stunning outdoor Christmas tree that truly stands out.
