*Edit The new cable got to me a week later. I have to say that the tree looks very nice. I got the 13' with colored lights and it's really quite appealing.* The bit that lit up looked nice. The power cable is flimsy and came with an electrical break so only 3 connectors worked. The connectors themselves are nice so why they cheaped out on the cable I can't figure out. What annoyed me most is they didn't rush ship the replacement cable. I spent $245 and it's just sitting out there dark. Also, the instructions that tell you to make the 13' tree 7' wide don't make sense. That just creates a floppy mess. I had to make it 10' wide.

Instructions were not clear nor was the video helpful

Initially we had a hard time getting someone to call us back when we received a faulty cord with our tree. It took almost a month. However, they made things right. They sent us a new tree and a couple of door trees for our trouble. I will order from them again. Their light trees are beautiful and easy to install!!

Better instructions on how to put the tree up, with a better step by step video would help. The orange strap that is used to measure the outer diameter is not explained well how to use it and is way too short. the hold down straps need to be a lot farther out.

I ordered lights that were not as described, and although it took a couple weeks Fairybell fully refunded my order.

The 20ft Smart Magic tree was sent with wrong connector cable. The one I received was a 6 connector and it should’ve have been an 8 connector. The instructions or video did not provide enough detail for me to figure out what was wrong. Also instructions for connecting to the app are also very difficult to understand. Plus the app itself does not allow for certain functions, like simply having a multi-color tree. Very disappointing, especially for the amount of money I spent. The issue is not solved. I have called every day and no one answers. I have emailed and sent a service request without any response. Since this is the only forum you answer… please send a replacement 8 connector cable so I can try to get the lights operational. I am updating my review to 4 stars. The company sent a new 8 connector cable which is working perfectly. I still have an outstanding question about using the Tuya app to create a custom static color scene.

I ordered my 20 ft 1200 LED Tree and Flagpole bundle Monday, it says it’s still preparing for shipment, and it’s Thanksgiving tomorrow. Emails have gone unanswered. I see a review below saying a customers tree is on back order and will not be available this year, is this the case with mine?? Order# FBUS6215. Thank you for the response! Changed to 4 stars.
