Love my fairy bell tree! This past Christmas was year 3. A few days after setting it up, it quit working. I went to the website where they quickly diagnosed the problem as the transformer. They sent me a new one free of charge. It arrived within 2 or 3 days and I was back in business! Wonderful customer service! Thank you!

For Christmas, it will light up the yard. I bought after the holidays on sale only to see it went down another 5%. And they offered more options. Did like the final price except for the second sale after Christmas offered more lights. I do recommend this to any and all looking for unique lighting.

I purchased a tree kit from the fairybell site - it arrived quickly and exactly as described. I liked it so much, I bought a second one a week later. I found setup to be very simple though it's worth noting I'm kind of handy. You do need to pay attention to the snaps on the outer edges of lighting panels but, once you see those and align them, it is smooth sailing.
