The ordering, delivery, set up and looks of your product are fine. I have the 6m multicolor flag pole setup. The quality and durability leave a lot to be desired! My first light set lasted only 2 Christmas seasons. Despite me lowering the lights before every storm, multiple zip ties needed to be replaced and eventually the cables/3 wires between light tore/pulled apart in multiple places and they couldn't be repaired. I am trying one more time and any failure will be returned.

I share the blame, but I splurged and got the 33’ tree - I wish it had been more clear that A, it doesn’t come with a pole and B the tallest pole you sell is 26 feet So my tree is unusable until I figure out a 35’ pole I didn’t read carefully enough. I thought I was buying a tree that did multicolor AND white Your AI bought said it would work with the 26 foot pole but it looks ridiculous I won’t be able to use it this year and doubt that I will ever get around to installing a 35 foot flag pole

cheaply made ,directions are weak and seriously over priced .

Tree was advertised as 26’. My flagpole is 27’6” to the shiv, the 26’ Fairybell is 3’6” from that shiv and the bottom string is 18” off the ground. The directions are very vague to say the least, I will not recommend this product to others nor would I purchase another in the future.

No customer service number, May or may not receive an email. If you do it's the next day. Returned my product.

Very poor tracking information, imposable to contact company by telephone.

Ordered a 20 FT. "tree" today and didn't realize that it doesn't come with the center pole. HOW do you sell a TREE without the center pole? I received an email that the order has been shipped, so I replied back to it, UNDELIVERABLE. I have sent an email to a different address, comes back UNDELIVERABLE, I've tried calling, the calls disconnect, and tried their online form, NOTHING. Is there a way to actually speak to a live person at Fairy Bell? The lights are no good to us without the pole! I went back to the website to order the pole and they are out of stock.

Only half my order was shipped and I was never contacted with tracking or dates when the second half of the order will be received. Very poor communication overall and their inventory management on their site is also poor. The site said both parts were in stock and neither were. I am still waiting on the balance of my order and it has been 8 weeks now.
