Great product, but lacking on instruction. I’ve always used detail instruction booklets to aviod using online instructions. 1-No detailed booklet. 2-You advertise outdoor use, then warn of affects from moisture exposure. Create waterproof connectors. 3-Can’t replace single bulbs? That’s Okay. You have modular replacement parts. A photo pamphlet of parts ,cost, and other methods of purchasing besides online,would be nice. People like to see choices, different accessories. Do you have your own flagpoles ( 20’-30’ ) for sale?

I received the tree quickly, the packaging was great, and it looked like it would be way to put together. I was wrong! When I attached the lights I was not able to untangle the light strands. After several hours of working on it I gave up, put it back in the box and ordered something different. Really disappointed and annoyed.

This company was by far very helpful from the beginning of shopping to the complete purchase. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Great quality and quick customer service.

We haven’t plugged in the lights yet, need to run our extension chord out to flag in pasture. The delivery was very fast and the set up is very simple! No words needed, just an 8 step diagram. This is way over the top expensive. I am hoping the lit tree will be seen for the half mile I am hoping. The flag pole is on the hilltop.

Everyone in our neighborhood loves our new 20 foot 2,000 Green Light FlagPole Christmas tree. It was worth the wait saving for an extra year to get exactly what I wanted.
