A whitetail buck apparently in rut got tangled up in the transformer junction cables to our flagpole Christmas tree and completely destroyed it, but did no damage to the tree itself. We have enjoyed the tree for slightly over three years, and after notifying Fairybell they sent me a new cable system at no costs and even paid the shipping! In today’s world it’s very hard to find a company that stands by its customers the way that Fairybell does!

The product worked well, but it was difficult to set up. The lights were all tangled and it was difficult to untangle them.

We purchased the 33 ft. Flagpole Christmas Tree with 4000 lights 3 years ago and it has become the highlight of the season for our neighborhood. Our friends and neighbors start calling the day after Thanksgiving volunteering to help raise the tree. Beautiful!

Mixed ..... The flagpole fell over! I love the lights but now I am struggling to figure out how to secure the 20 foot flagpole so it stays up. Help! Maybe bigger stakes? Cement?

First, the tree looks great and has been admired and commented on by the neighborhood. Now that I needed to order parts I was pleased to see an updated version was still available and your customer support was very helpful in assisting me and were very quick to respond. Thank you.

I like the lighted look of the tree. I like that it has its own pole. I like the customer service. I don’t like the daytime look. I wish it had some sort of topper. I don’t like that I was missing key pieces in one of my trees. I don’t like that the trees cannot be connected to each other without buying accessories, and this is not clearly stated. I don’t like that one of my plugs died after only about a week of use. I don’t like the price, I bought mine on sale. The price would be fine if I didn’t have so many other dislikes.

We researched our options and purchased a 20ft multicolored flagpole tree for our community Christmas tree for this company. It is absolutely beautiful. The tree has an abundance of lights in a nicely patterned display. It arrived quickly once ordered and was very easy to set up. We have received numerous compliments on it. We wish it had some sort of topper (a Star maybe), but that is our only complaint. We would definitely purchase this again.
