I wouldn’t call it easy but it was no where as difficult to setup as I thought it might be. The company must have taken a great deal of time in designing how to install the tree. If you follow the directions it works well. I had to spend a few minutes straightening individual lines but I finish in about a hour. IT LOOKS GREAT!!!

The tree I purchased is beautiful! Super bright and colorful. It was just the thing we needed to add to our Christmas display. I previously bought a tree from another company and it was not only confusing, but wouldn't even go up the way it was described in the instructions and was wayyy more pricey. But the Fairybell tree was so easy to set up and the box is going to be great for storage. Also it shipped quickly with no issues.

My flagpole xmas tree set was damaged in two places and Fairybell provided me with replacements of both broken elements. I love the tree set and always got comments from people about how beautiful it is. Last year, I couldn't set it up and people kept asking me how come. Now I can set it up again! Thank you so much!!

I have used your trees for the last several years and decided to go with the 8000 light tree this year so it could be seen even better from the road. Bad news! The tree is so heavy it bends the pole severely in just the slightest wind.

The tree arrived quickly and we were excited to put it on our flagpole. However, the instructions are subpar. They consist of a few drawings, no words. That is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. It took us at least 90 minutes to install. I think worded instructions would have helped tremendously. Other than the instructions, we love the tree and have received many compliments on it.
