FairybellReviews of fairybell.us

The tree looks great and has a commercial look to it that you cannot replicate trying to make your own mega tree. Some areas of improvement, would be the instructions are not great. Basic pictures and a QR code to go watch a video that’s not much better. My only other complaint is I ordered the flag pole separate and it comes with a thin plastic sleeve to hammer in the ground. The bottom cracked and chipped off with the second swing of the hammer (used a rubber mallet) and I already see a crack forming on the top of the sleeve. The sleeve should be metal. Other than that, the tree itself looks great. I would recommend it.

Easy to put up with flag pole looks great

Beautiful tree. Difficult to set up and untangle.

Need a bit more explanation of your directions.

Wowza what an incredibly beautiful and amazing product! We’re amazed at how easy the process is to setup the tree. Yes, we first read instructions, watched the video & read reviews from other customers before attempting anything! We encourage you to do the same…trust instructions given on Fairybell’s website. Do not unpack, untie or snap/unsnap anything until instructions call for that step otherwise it can be a nightmare if you accidentally tangle up the wires!

Prompt email response in inquiry about replacement lights.

Website was very easy to use, product shipped quickly and arrived safely. Assembly was very easy and looks great.

Mat arrived in a timely manner, and is exactly as described online. It is a great accent for my new front entrance.
