I accidentally ordered the wrong color tree when I placed my order..I called Customer service and was told it was already being shipped and when I received it I could call back and request a return label and I could have UPS pick it up..In the mean time I went ahead and ordered the correct color(multi) tree.. both trees arrived quickly 2 days apart..Had some issues with receiving the label.. ( pretty sure it was a problem with my email..after several attempts(phone calls) They ended up sending the label to my local UPS store and I was able to return it.. as soon as they receive it..I will get my refund credited back..They are super kind and didn't mind at all trying to help me with my return. I absolutely Love my tree..Not sure I could have put it up by myself..My daughter and Son in law helped me..It is beautiful! I plan to order 2 more trees next yr..a 10ft and a 8 ft or 6ft to go with my 13ft one!!❤️🌲 Just a FYI.. I live in Texas and it's gets very windy 30 mph up to 50 and 60 mph gusts..So far we have had 40+ mph since it was installed and it is not a problem... Thank you Ferrybell!! I will definitely order from them again!!

So far so good. Looks beautiful. It was a bit tangled when coming out of box, but not too bad. I live in a windy area and my flagpole is 25 feet. It’s holding strong. Definitely a show stopper. I wish the storage case was included.

Overall, it’s a great product. The pole is a little too wobbly when installed and it takes a lot of fine tuning of the 8 “down lines” to get it perfectly vertical.

Easy to set up and looks amazing!

I ordered the green/blue lights as the picture online looks very green. It showed up and it’s def more blue than green. I reached out to customer service to exchange it and it took customer service 3 days to respond. Then was told they don’t do exchanges. So I responded saying that’s is fine and I’d like to return it and buy another color. Still haven’t gotten a response back. Emailed again today and no response. The product itself is awesome and I just want to return to get a color that looks like the picture. But, now I’m not even sure I want to buy a new one. I understand it’s a busy time of year, but their return window is small and it feels like maybe I’m being ignored intentionally. I’m a business leader and would be terrified to know my customer service was this poor. Multiple friends have come over and seen my lights and asking about them. But, it’s been hard to recommend the product considering service has been so bad.

Tree is outstanding!! Unfortunately, lights were very tangled, took alot of work to get straight!! We love it!

Awesome product, easy setup. Very happy with my purchase!
