As in several of the reviews I read, I started out with a mess. I personally think it’s about 99% users error, honestly. I don’t know how I got it into a mess and I don’t know how I fixed it, but all of the sudden it looked perfectly beautiful. We bought a 20’ multicolor and it is truly beautiful. I pray I will be able to take it down after new years has passed and box it up nicely as y’all do! We love our tree and it’s so fun to see people slowing down to look at it. Thank you for a beautiful addition to our Christmas decorating joys.

The tree is beautiful once set up but the instruction are worse than awful!!!!!! You would think for that kind of money the instructions would better than something a child could draw, not one written word, no setting up tips. All that made it very hard to set up the first time I bought the 33”, 8k light and the tree does not look any near as eidewide base as images show

I have to be honest here. I am very disappointed. While the fairybell tree is beautiful and the talk of the neighborhood when it works, it only works for a few days before it quits. I order parts and it works again for a few days. Usually the parts come within a few days. This time however I have been waiting almost 2 weeks. I missed the judging of our community Christmas light contest and a big portion of the season. So frustrating when I spent hours decorating our property with the fairybell as the centerpiece. We bought the fairybell because it wasn’t a Chinese company thinking it would be better quality.

Good customer service went out of way to satisfy customer during some issues

Quick ship recd in two days. Assembly time is about an hour. Instructions are weak but there are You Tube Videos that are very helpful. Neighbors taking about it. Lights are very clean and bright. Highly recommend. Syracuse NY.

Paid almost $700 for a tree and it doesn't work. Been emailing and calling and no satisfaction. Would not recommend this company. Extremely disappointed.

It was fast delivered and easy to assemble it. Beautiful!
