Great product. Easy to order. On time Delivery. Looks great.

product as described. Looks good. Definitely talk of the neighborhood.

on time. bought the larger one last year. cannot wait for the short one to come back into stock.

Only half my order was shipped and I was never contacted with tracking or dates when the second half of the order will be received. Very poor communication overall and their inventory management on their site is also poor. The site said both parts were in stock and neither were. I am still waiting on the balance of my order and it has been 8 weeks now.

Exceptional service! Very satisfied with product.

We had a warranty issue with the tree we purchased. Fairybell went above and beyond in fixing the issue.

Very pretty and easy set up.

Warranty parts were ordered early in 2025. In follow-up a several weeks later, I was advised they don't ship until October, which was not apparent. Late summer I get an email saying shipment delayed until late November. Now I get a survey link and haven't seen product yet.
