I have been with my mobile phone carrier for 21 years, they have been double charging my phone bills with hidden costs and when I purchased a new Samsung phone that was defective from the factory, my provider under a 1 year factory warranty gave me a refurbished device as a replacement, thats not how to treat a long term customer, I was given a phone under false pretenses and it was stolen from my home and I was billed for a device I no longer owned, after over 18 months of trying to get the situation corrected, FairShake presented my problems to my cell provider and they wanted to go-to arbitration, not make their wrong right. FairShake told me let's go to arbitration so I filed the necessary paperwork at the last minute my provider gave me 75% of what I wanted in compensation. FairShake is the greatest company in America they go all the way to get a person without a chance of getting the big companies to agree to admit their wrong doing, but FairShake stepped in for me and they wanted to keep the settlement quiet and pay me to go away. FairShake is just plain incredible and the staff is so outgoing and friendly I would only say this its the greatest company in America. Fair shake was able to get TMobile to drop unfair charges on an old account. I had cancelled my account with Tmobile and and they continued to bill me. I made numerous calls was assured the account was cancelled but still received bills. Fair shake got the problem resolved and the charges removed. All very quickly and easily and for a fair price. This company is like the common mans gift from God against the big corporate giants that constantly take financial advantage of their customers. FairShake presented my claim to one of the big mobil cellular carriers and finally brought resolution to a long term problem I was having with my cell provider.
