Thanks so much for your help. Uber had made getting through to them a literal impossibility. The worst. $20 is well worth the cost here. I would have been glad to give you the entire amount just to make them pay. Very timely , very professional and they do what they claim

I didn't know what to expect when I initially wrote my complaint to Fairhaven. I had actually forgotten about the complaint when a customer service representative called to make a settlement proposal. Had I not written my complaint to FairShake, I would not be satisfied with my current service provider. I am very satisfied with FairShake and am not going to forget my experience with this company.

I was very unhappy with my AT&T TV they said that I could cut my cable bill in half which was true but I would be watching a show and all the sudden it was start buffering and it will say thank you for your patience your video is loading. And this would happen 20 30 times and a half an hour sometimes and I have 200 megapixel internet they're not very good at all I would suggest a nobody who would go with these guys I actually went back to my cable company Spectrum. Fair Shake got me the money I asked for and it only cost me $40. Thanks again for your sake and did a great job God bless you all.

The company sent in the paperwork. But I did the rest. I called, I spoke to managers and even when they where not willing to help I made sure that they noted my account and I kept record of everything said and promised. I even told them and showed them about their Arbitration policy and told them even if I didn't get what i wanted they would have to pay the arbitrations fees So they would come out in the negatives as far as I was concerned. So was it worth the 20 dollars I spent? Yes. Which is why I am giving it a three star rating. Anything more it wouldn't have been worth it.

Hello Jennifer, I'm glad you were able to get your issue resolved, but sorry to hear that you have had a frustrating experience with FairShake. Our goal is always to see a customer negotiate a successful resolution with as little hassle as possible. We facilitate hundreds of settlements each month, but not every claim that we send gets the same treatment. I'll have our team look up your claim and the company involved, and look for ways to get them to more thoroughly engage in our process in the future. (They shouldn't be making you do the work). Max

FairShake made a dispute that I had with T-mobile come to an end within 30 days!! I had gone back and forth with T-mobile for 11 months, only to get more frustrated with every encounter. I had lost time, money, and T-mobile put a dent in my perfect credit. I had no patience left, and was about to call an attorney, when I stumbled across FairShake. Once I submitted my case to FairShake, it took under 30 days for the right people at T-mobile to contact me and make this right. T-Mobile: 1) Compensated me for my time 2) Contacted the collection agency and paid them 3) Most importantly, T-Mobile contacted the credit bureau to remove the ding from my credit. This ALL due to FairShake getting involved! Thank you FairShake!!! For relieving me of the stress that this caused, and using your contacts to bring this to a close. Cheers, C. Stone
