I appreciate how quickly FairShake got my issue resolved with a very large corporation. Very easy and well done. Thank you FairShake!

I have to update my review to be honest I gave Fair shake five stars now because the issue isn't them the issue is T-Mobile taking time to process my claim the problem I'm having with Fair shake is communicating is pretty hard to do with them at the moment understand they're a small team but when I go to my dashboard I don't see what they're wanting me to do anyway I'm still in the process of getting my claim done properly but they are there to help. Fair shake please help get my claim settled completely and get me a whole settlement offer we agreed upon

I want to be fair so I gave them a 4/5 stars but I don't think this company really cares to help provide customer service. I was excited to work with them and willing to pay the commission for two really big problems I had adding to thousands of dollars so it's not just some simple phone bill or service charge issue. I contacted them about 2 potential claims and I was told: 1. They're not taking claims against my bank "right now" even though their website shows everything about what they do to file a claim against this bank with no notice of any pauses of service. 2. They're not helping with scams (which they mistakenly listed it under something else) when I asked about them. This is also odd and misleading (at least for me) considering they have a whole menu about scams and filing a claim against one with FairShake. 3. They're not helping with travel claims "right now" and that also wasn't mentioned anywhere either. I felt like the respond I got was super canned and nowhere on the website states that they're only providing limited services to their list. So when I asked my second question, they just said "we're not taking those claims" and directed me to a URL on their website. I would've loved to work with FairShake but this didn't give me a very good impression, adding to see that there are lots of customer complaints I read. I appreciate FairShake's concept and service but I feel like it's being executed poorly right now. I will try to find another service for help.

Is this legit or scam

Legit. So far this year we've gotten our users over $5 million in settlement offers.

Edit: Thank you for being helpful and refunding me, I appreciate it!

Hello Alana, I'm refunding your payment, it should take 5-10 days to appear. However, our customer service team was correct to point out here that the need to return the device here was included in the settlement summary that you reviewed and signed, and we delivered to the company to the company. Our system is not able to reverse settlements in these cases because you have agreed to a final legal settlement. Since you don't intend to return the device, however, I have made an exception at your request on the payment. I see you have other claims in our system. Please make sure you fully read and are prepared to abide by any settlement conditions if you agree to settlements on those claims. -MK

I am a former law school professor who supports non-litigation resolution processes such as FairShake. DISH Network, dba Boost Mobil, already had rejected my merited claim for $150 following a bait & switch trick. The first Boost offer through FairShake was a fake (return phone for refund), but FS surprisingly recommended I accept it. My counter-offer to get back to the actual Boost advertised price was accepted and the $150 credit has been received by me. Without FS, I would have been without an effective remedy. Since I really support ADR approaches like FS, to avoid litigation, I rated FS up a bit to four (4) stars. FS should more carefully review corporate offers before recommending claimants' acceptance in the future.

The case was presented in my words. The process itself is convenient and easy if you can clearly state your own case. The result was exactly what I had asked for and the attorney cost was very reasonable. I would have preferred more communication on the status of the case as it progressed.
