Was please they were able to get an amount eliminated even though I still feel I don't O anything and if there was some type of arrangement that was gonna come through I should still be paying half the amount but nonetheless better than paying an entire amount that I don't even know

FairShake fought Verizon for us. Durning the pandemic our children used there devices for internet. Verizon charged us close to 7k in overages. I was able to on my own get it down to 4K. Verizon then put the 4K on my husband credit. I was tired and didn’t know what to do. The process was seem less. It did take 45 days to adjust but there methods worked and the debt is off our credits. We never paid Verizon a single dime. We did pay FairShake. They also worked with us on the payment invoice to them as well. I will use them again.

I had thought this would make my situation much worse. It's didn't I love this site and I'm so so so soooo thankful. I was being charged for closing an account months prior ... basically. All I paid in return was 20 bucks for this site helping me get passed this. Much better the 201.30 ... And my credit is back up 59 points thank goodness. I'm just very happy. This took a minute but it's so very much worth it. I'm only 21 and now I'm back on track towards building my credit so I can get a car. I'm so thankful.

No one tried to help i called in its been 3 months since u only would fight verizon for 500 i felt robbed with how they have made a killing off me then u had me pay yall 100 months ago 3 lil over for 500 i never saw good luck to everyone else

As further info: When you sign the settlement offer, this is a legally binding agreement between you and the company. The settlement agreement usually outlines the terms, specifically the timeframe when you can expect the settlement. This is typically within 30-60 days, but sometimes depends on your billing cycle. Verizon had erroneously billed me for service on a canceled account, and despite months of trying to get the issue corrected, I’d gotten nowhere. Worse, I found myself in collections with a ding on my credit over the so-called delinquent account. Enter Fairshake. I wrote a summary of the issue and stated what outcome I was demanding. Two weeks later, the account is off my credit report and Verizon says I owe them nothing. Whatever the wizardry that went into it, I am extremely grateful.
