The company was extremely fast, great communication, and fair. I would definitely recommend this company. In the words of Tony the Tiger, "They're Great"🤓

Why do their website states “We get paid when you do.” Then you’re asked for $200 in advance to get your settlement offer. When I had a disability lawyer that was my lawyer same motto. I didn’t hand to pay him or their company any money until I won my case/claim. Once I received my disability money along with back pay from the time I filed that’s when my Lawyer and his company got paid. The money was literally taken out of my lump sum and that was that. If AT&T offered me $1000 settlement why couldn’t Fairshake just take the $200 out of the settlement? I truly wasted my time.

Hello, To look into this, I've sent a message asking for your contact details. This will let us research and understand the specifics of your situation. We do proudly say at FairShake that "We only get paid *if* you do." And it's true — we don't ask for any payment to us unless a user has reached a successful settlement of their claim. At the time of that settlement we ask for payment. However, we offer an option to defer that payment by 30 days so that the settlement (which goes directly to you) will hopefully be on hand by then. For your situation there are actually 2 circumstances that might apply here: • For many claims, if a user wants to escalate the claim to arbitration there is a $200 fee that goes to the American Arbitration Association, which we ask the user to cover. This fee doesn't apply to individuals below a certain income level (we provide that information in the product flow). The fee is also usually eventually reimbursed by the company which the claim is against, and when that reimbursement comes in we pass it along to you. It's always our goal to see claims settled before escalation, so this fee doesn't come into play. • When a settlement is signed we ask a user for payment of the commission (10 or 20% depending on the settlement). This payment can be deferred by 30 days so you have a chance for the settlement to come through. If you need help doing this on your dashboard you can use the chat feature to ask a FairShake rep for more help. I've searched our site and cannot find the phrase "We get paid *when* you do." However, if you can point me to the page you are referring to I will make sure it gets updated to reflect our process. -MK

Kept on pursuing Suddenlink and Kept me informed. I'm just happy it's somewhat over. If they haven't taken the false phone charges off I'll be back.

I found fairshake to be an outstanding option for me in my situation with a fortune 500 company. They were charging me for services I did not receive and voided our contract with terrible customer service. I cancelled their service and they continued to charge me for 4 months over $2000 total Fair shake not only got me the settlement I requested in arbitration but this bill never appeared on my credit report.. I can not say how much they have saved me and assisted me all without the need to hire an attorney. I will always use Fair shake and recommend them highly.

Excellent and rapid results! I was hesitant at first because it seemed to good to be true. Fairshake is legit, I received my refund before they charge me the fee.

Good outcome! I was never reminded of the amount due until 119 days after settlement. Pls have the billing department be more efficient. Otherwise, the team is very professional.

Useless company, they will let you open a case for the Coinbase which is Coinbase should be banned to do any business and FairShake will put you in holding list ( what a joke ) If you are not going to help people then why would you even let them open a case ? I see in their web site many people are complaining for Coinbase ( Coinbase customer support is worst in the world ) Pls don’t let anyone complete those forms if you are not going to help them
Response from FairShake Inc.May 11, 2021
Hi K, I'm sorry to hear about your frustration. The forms included on our web pages for companies we don't take claims against make clear that you will be added to a list and informed if and when we start accepting claims. I recognize this isn't the ideal answer someone wants when they're facing a serious consumer issue. We're constantly evaluating which companies we can bring claims against so that we can make sure our customers have a positive experience. Ultimately if we process a claim we want to make sure we can provide support throughout the process. We do take all feedback seriously and I will make sure our website developers are aware of your feedback. -Max
