I still can't believe this is a real service. This is a legitimate service that really helped me with my billing dispute. I tried for 2 hours on the phone with my provider and got nowhere and then I got this message from this amazing company. Thank you so much for your help!!

The case was presented in my words. The process itself is convenient and easy if you can clearly state your own case. The result was exactly what I had asked for and the attorney cost was very reasonable. I would have preferred more communication on the status of the case as it progressed.

I had gone back and forth for 2 months with ADT regarding my new system in my house after I had moved from California to Arizona. I was supposed to get the same service I had in California but they promised me it would be the same and then when I got the system installed I could not monitor my system from my phone while I was not home. For 2 months and several different people at ADT they all told me it would cost an additional $90 to have them come to my house and flip a switch in my unit and then it would cost me $16 more a month to be able to monitor it from my phone.. The tech that installed the system told me that that was not true! I googled "help with ADT" and fairshake came up and I wrote to them and I told them exactly what was going on and what I was looking for with ADT .. It was $900 compensation for the 5-year contract that they wanted to now charge me $15.99 more a month to monitor from my phone! Easy and user friendly website. No fee unless they win! I was able to resolve my issue with T-Mobile, and was granted additional money in the settlement to cover the Fairshake fee. Highly recommended service, I will use them again if an incident arises with a big company.

I was having a problem trying to resolve a problem I had with AT&T. I contacted Fair Shake and they helped me and the problem was resolved.

I had an issue with T- Mobile. I was being charged for a phone I had ordered online a few months ago and never received because it was stolen before it reached my hands. I was investigated and it was proven to be a stolen device. I was told they would close my account and not to worry but I kept being billed so I discovered FairShake and they acted quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the help and support.
