What a joke. They recommended I accept the $20 settlement from T-Mobile for illegally processing and setting me up with an account and in exchange I have to pay Fair shake $20. What good is that?
Response from FairShake Inc.Jul 2, 2021
Hi Robert, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the settlement you've been offered. If you need help with how to reject it and make a counter-offer to the company please use the chat feature on your claim dashboard and a member of our team will help you out. Every case we process through FairShake costs us money, so we do have a minimum charge of $20 on successful claims. -MK

I paid Fairshake to settle a $333 claim for me with Verizon and I still end up paying Verizon because my case went to claims dept where it would affect my credit score. Fairshake failed me and now I want my money back. I will not recommend Fairshake to anyone.

Hi Karl, Sorry to hear this. This shouldn't be anyone's experience. If companies are breaking the legal agreements they make with FairShake companies that's serious and we need to know more about it so we can correct it. Hopefully we can help you get the company to honor the agreement, and if not you should get a refund. As we note when you accept a settlement, payouts from companies can take 30 days or more to arrive, and corrections to credit reporting often take 60-90 days. This is because companies often move slowly, and unfortunately that's not generally within FairShake's control. Based on your situation, I'm not sure 90 days have passed, and I and would doubly encourage you to follow-up at to trustpilot [at] fairshake.com if we hit 90 days and you still haven't seen the results so that we can help you figure out how to make sure the company follows through on their commitment. I would have given 5 but the company put my credit on an account I didn't have a complaint about for me to to pay more on the higher account. But you all did a great job and thanks again
Jeff
I had an issue of which they resolved satisfactorily. That is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, I had a very successful claim, I'm just waiting for the mail.

Hi Jeff, I'm glad to hear you reached a successful settlement but sorry to hear you don't think you were charged appropriately. Our team takes all feedback seriously and it's helpful to hear it. If you send your claim details to trustpilot [at] fairshake.com along with why you think the commission should have been calculated at the 10% level, I'll make sure we do a review on your situation. -MK
