Great service that anyone at any level could utilize. The entire system is user friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciate you knack for interpretation of the legal jargon I understood what was happening from start to finish. I am happy with the decision I made to use this service and satisfied with the results! Thanks again

FairShake did an amazing job for me against Verizon. I had contacted Verizon on numerous occasions, I had filed a BBB complaint against Verizon, and received a phone call from a higher up who would not help me. They had put a $610 balance against me on my credit that was not accurate or fair under the circumstances. I contacted fair shake and explained what happened and they were able to get Verizon to remove the $610 get it off my credit and it only cost me a small fee. My credit is in the 700s for the first time in 30 years thanks to fair shake! I tell everyone about this company And I am an Uber driver who is in contact with so many people every day so I’m spreading the word.

Fairshake got me an offer from Hughsnet that was a $300 credit for outstanding debt that didn't exist because I autopay. They offered me a 30 dollar credit for 6 months. Peanuts. Furthermore Hughnet was free from any other litigation. When I declined the offer Fairshake wanted my credit card information. Not happening. Does Fairshake work for us or them? Hughsnet has given me poor service. I cannnott sream videos or watch movies on demand. They said I needed an upgrade. Well all I got was a larger bill and still poor service. Any cellphone can stream better than Hughsnet. I'm paying twice my cell driving got Hughsnet. I'm paying for Netflix I cannot use. Only in the wee hours of the morning am I able to get enough signal to watch Netflix. Poor signal has locked up my dish receiver trying to watch Netflix so many times it ruined my reciever. I had to replace it losing everything I had recorded. I'm not happy. I cannot get any other service or I would.

Hi Ray. I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with HughesNet’s offer. Our system is set up so that you can tell them your objections and make a counter-offer. If you have questions on how to do that you can chat with our team at https://app.fairshake.com We only ask for credit card information to accept payment when you accept an offer. Our product is not set up to ask for it any other situation. And we don’t work for HughesNet or any other big companies, we only get paid by our users. -MK
