FairShake provided an fair and equitable manner to allow me to hold vendor accountable for poor/absent response to a simple issue. Fair Shake did take action like they presented themselves to do. My claim got resolved prior to Fair Shake's actions because I filed a complaint with my State of California Department of Insurance which I feel is why American Home Shield reimbursed me my funds for a repair they failed to authorize under their contract. Being that I was not certain how Fair Shake's actions caused my settlement, I elected to pay them for their efforts. In the future, I would not hesitate to get Fair Shake involved again.

I can’t even describe my relief!! Thank you, FS! Y’all really did that for me?! I can’t thank you enough!!! I had a debt with AT&T for a while because, in my opinion, they *did me dirty* with a so-called “promotion” and connected an additional phone line on my account without my knowledge and consent — I refused to pay AT&T after they refused to help me with a refund or help me “fix” it, and closed my account and switched mobile companies. Well, of course, fast-forward it’s now affecting my credit … so, i filed a claim with FairShake and they took care of all the work for me in order to file a dispute to reverse these charges and successfully got AT&T to settle and take my entire debt away! They agreed to credit my account in the amount I asked for and bring it to a zero balance! FairShake not only allowed me to start disputing these charges that are hurting my credit, but made the process EASY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone who needs a FAIR settlement with a company! Amazing job, guys! They also have an amazing payment system— they’re fair with their fees and saved me a bunch of time… they answer promptly to emails and chats — love them! They definitely have gained a new repeat customer! Thanks again, FairShake!

Yep, we're real. In addition to our hundreds of reviews on here we've received public recognition including an award from TIME (https://time.com/collection/best-inventions-2020/5911369/fairshake/) Like most companies, FairShake asks our users to pay for our services. We do this at the point when a user signs a settlement agreement. If a user accepts a settlement, the company they're settling with will send the user a check directly, so we ask the user to either pay our fee at that time or provide their info to pay it in 30 days.
