Ok. So i basically got conned by T mobile. Told i would be covered and then had no coverage to the point i had to switch early. My siblings phone numbers were held hostage. They sent me an expired sim over a month before i walked into the store and then charged me for that month. When i talked with a manager about the dreadful service (we only managed to get 2 gb data use on a month of use) they told me to take a flying leap and charged me $325... Fairshake got me this money. I only paid them $66... if i ever have problems again im going with Fairshake. I am so happy right now.

NEVER GOT THE SETTLEMENT FROM AHS.

I am a former law school professor who supports non-litigation resolution processes such as FairShake. DISH Network, dba Boost Mobil, already had rejected my merited claim for $150 following a bait & switch trick. The first Boost offer through FairShake was a fake (return phone for refund), but FS surprisingly recommended I accept it. My counter-offer to get back to the actual Boost advertised price was accepted and the $150 credit has been received by me. Without FS, I would have been without an effective remedy. Since I really support ADR approaches like FS, to avoid litigation, I rated FS up a bit to four (4) stars. FS should more carefully review corporate offers before recommending claimants' acceptance in the future.

OUTSTANDING!!! Try them. They handled my case honorably and fairly. I wish there were more honest companies like them out there.

This service was prompt. Although not much space to enter the full story from the beginning but did provide notice to summarize details to the point.

Worst service of any company I have dealt with in a long awhile. If it was not for a few good reviews here I would think this company was a total scam. I have waited more than three weeks about an urgent question which I need to reply to the mediator on my case. As to whether we would follow the commercial or consumer rules on my case. The deadline has come and gone and still nothing as a reply from Fairshake. I have copied and written it to three different emails I was offered by this company to reply to. Still no one has answered my question over these many weeks. Finally a week ago someone named Robert replied but with an answer not in the least appropriate to my question. In fact I think he cut and pasted a reply to someone else and sent it to me. Or so it seems. When I brought this to his attention he never replied or more importantly, he still did not give an answer to my question or even gave me some tips of where I could find it. NEVER work with this company! Total waste of time. They are a complete and utter joke and I am making this review now on trustpilot so others do not make the same mistake as I have in choosing this scam company. They have formally broken our contract by refusing to reply to my urgent question- the only one so far I have needed them to reply to. They will not get a red cent out if any settlement I manage to get. Really really pitiful service and company! Run away from them!
