This company faslely took my claim to arbitration without ever consulting me, without ever discussing it with an attorney, or even set up a meeting with one. Trash company, should be put out of business for preying on the poor. Maybe if they spent more time doing the service they advertise instead of worrying about bad publicity they wouldn’t have to respond to these bad reviews every 20 minutes.

quickly resolved the problem

Got taken advantage of by third-party retailer and AT&T came through and refunded plus extra. Whole process took some correspondence back and forth with Fairshake and then with AT&T and in total took approximately 2 1/2 months. Yeah!

I have requested that Fairshake cancel my claim. They are a scam. They just ignore me. They did nothing. I ended up taking care of the problem myself. They are duplicate billing me for their for their fee. They have not responded to 3 requests from me.

My account with Metro by T-Mobile was hacked and I suffered a financial loss as a result. When I contacted Metro I got the run around. Everyone was aware of the issue but no one wanted to resolve it. I contacted T-Mobile and got the same result. I filed a report with the BBB and the issue was still unresolved. I spoke with representatives from the office of the president of T-Mobile who were indifferent to my situation to say the least. And then GAME CHANGER, I saw a FairShake ad and I contacted them. As soon as they made contact with T-Mobile the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of assistance!!

Because of their ad on TV I contacted T-Mobile about switching my phone service to them. It’s a real pain to switch but they walked me through their plan and it seemed to good to be true. It was. Pretty much everything they said was a lie. A downright lie. I live in a rural area so my cell service is a little weird. They told me they checked with engineering and my service would be excellent. I would even have 5G. They also quoted me a price which I found to be untrue. I cancelled the same evening I signed up after calling back and speaking to someone else in sales. It didn’t work. I got SIM cards and bills immediately. They even deducted $120.00 from my checking account for activation fees which they had assured me would be waived. I had confirmed I would not get service at my residence but I may get service driving around. It was insane. I couldn’t stop it or find anyone in their “customer service” center in the Philippines to help me. It was excruciatingly painful trying to talk to them. The whole ordeal took on an ugly life of it’s own. I was getting NOWHERE. I stumbled upon Fairshake somehow online and gave them the information. No more hassles. They took care of everything for me. The whole awful ordeal is over and I’m happy with the settlement. Thank you Fairshake!

I was being charged for services with AT&T . I had cancelled AT&T and they had not stopped my services, still charging me. FairShake sent them a letter relating my issues ( AT&T wouldn't listen to me). Because of FairShake I got a refund and AT&T stopped charging me. I would use FairShake again....but I hope I don't have to. Thank you FairShake.

I’m disappointed and sad that I am having to give 1 star, I have used Fairshake previous to this last time, that time I had such a good experience that I gave them a great review, did a video for them and posted their website to all of my social media and to everyone I knew… This time was a different story! I had gone through Fairshake because PayPal was refusing to give me my money back, then I got a letter from Fairshake stating that PayPal had agreed to settle the dispute and they would pay me, I had to sign the form if I agreed in which I did, Fairshake sent me a bill for their services and I paid that, I never got my money from PayPal and I contacted Fairshake twice with no response so I’m out that money too now, it may seem like a little bit but I’m barely getting by as it is, that just wasn’t right!
