The order arrived as promised and the quality of the jewelry (silver & gold) is a 10 out of 10. I am a return customer and will continue to return. My wife loves exceptional jewelry and she's always more than satisfied with y'all's products.

What I received was a poor imitation of what I purchased online. I bought a diamond necklace and there wasn’t even a slot for a gem whatsoever, and I’ve been waiting an entire week for my return an refund to “be approved” before I can even ship it back. Ridiculous waste of money and time, even worse customer support.

So far, amazing. The ring I ordered came in, and was even better than advertised. Unfortunately, I went too big. They got back very fast and explained the process of exchanging, and the ring is on its way back now as I (impatiently, lol) await the new one!
