Jeffrey was great and so helpful. The cross necklace is just what I want! Had already purchased one and wanted another, exactly the same. I was unable to determine which to order….I ordered the wrong one. When I called he ordered the correct necklace and canceled the incorrect necklace.

I love my ring and I love it that when I got the size wrong it was relatively easy to get a replacement. Thank you for sticking with me through the process and resolving my problem quickly.

Hello Sofia, Thank you for your message, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your order. We understand how frustrating this situation can be. We previously reached out to you on May 3rd regarding the status of your shipment. According to our records, your order was marked as delivered by USPS. Unfortunately, it appears that the address you have provided was incomplete. This incomplete address may have led to your item being delivered to an incorrect location. We always strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately, and we regret that this has not been the case for you. To assist you further, we recommend the following steps: Check with Neighbors: Sometimes packages are delivered to nearby addresses by mistake. It may be helpful to check with your neighbors to see if they have received your order. Contact USPS: You can reach out to your local USPS office with your tracking number to inquire about the delivery details and see if they can provide any additional information. If you need any further assistance or if there is anything else we can do to help resolve this matter, please do not hesitate to reach out. We value your satisfaction and appreciate your understanding in this situation. Thank you for your patience. Best regards, Factory Direct Jewelry Team

I first purchased a ring in 2017 from here and it’s still in excellent condition, in fact I’ve purchased all of my jewellery from here, they never tarnish, never needed repairs even the one I’ve owned for nearly 10 years hasn’t needed repairs. The quality is fantastic and the price point is great.
