I paid $1,500 dollars for a dog tag pendant in the clasp is so small. I can’t even fit a 4 mm gold chain through it.!! Unreal !! this is the second time I purchased one. The first time was fine. This one’s even smaller unbelievable not happy at all spending that kind of money and having a small clasp like that is unbelievable.

I need to return because it was the wrong size. When I bought it I was told I could return if size was incorrect & now no response except for "We're processing." I need a 6mm in size 9 because size 8 fits like a size 7.

Service was great! The return process was easy and prompt. I was not happy when I received the St. Michael pendant and chain combination. I was surprised at the tiny size of the chain and was worried that it would break very easily. Not sure why they paired a pendant of this size with a very very thin chain.
