The cross is perfect! Quick and easy delivery. Purchased a new chain for it since the included one was tiny. I love it!

I am giving you one star because there is no way to give you 0 stars. The charm was advertised at a length of 1.25 inches, and when received, it was 0.81 inches. We were trying to replace a sentimental piece of jewelry with one that was over 1 inch long. It seems to me that a company the size of Factory Direct Jewelry should be aware of what is published.
