Sometimes things happen and it's how you handle the situation that counts. I received a product that was damage, reached out to FFF customer care to share this. They responded so fast and we very friendly to deal with. Offered me some option to rectify the situation that I thought was excellent customer care. I buy a lot of product and it's nice to know you are supported and well taken care of Thank you FFF family :)

Just super bummed that I missed out on a lot of items in this box. My milk bath opened and leaked over everything. I threw them away before I even thought to take pictures to document it. Wish I would have had a heads up because that’s $50 down the drain..0

This company is incredible. I had a small issue with my order being incorrect and they handled it in a timely and professional manner. They took the time to make sure it was resolved with terrific communication and care. I will definitely continue my yearly membership!
