Made customizations for Fall 2026 box as soon as soon as selections available. Completed each section and included add-ons. Three days later I receive a text regarding “technical issues” and a request to confirm my selections. By now several items or sizes I’d already selected are no longer available.

I've tried for years to stick with them. Literally the past decade almost. Every single time. It's something. I finally signed up for an annual membership to make sure I get to make my selections early. I made my selections this last time literally minutes after they opened and was very happy with my selections. Save them. They were there. Today. I receive an email that says they were having issues and an actual check and see if my customizations were still there. They weren't. All gone. And I had to recustomize. Of course, everything I want is gone. I've had it with them. I'm done. They're a bunch of con artists. Horrible company.

Great customer service that is fast, efficient and responsive.

After arguing on a chat for more than I would like and not getting anywhere I decieded to just go to reviews. I realized I never received my box. They offer crap options to complete the order and offer an even crappier amount of shopping credit. I also paid an additional amount for luxe items, which they refused to refund. Items are nice. The business is garbage. Good luck with customer support. Its a joke.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent FabFitFun box. I am in my 50s with dry skin, yet the items I received were completely useless to me. My box included acne cream, a highlighter, eyeshadow, and a random ice cream scooper. None of these products fit my profile or skincare needs. I complained immediately and asked to return the box, but customer service flat out refused and told me they do not accept returns. It feels like they just throw leftover inventory at you and trap you with the bill. I will not use a single item from this box and strongly advise against subscribing to this service.

I signed up because I saw a promotion that I really wanted. Signed up in April for the Annual and did my summer picks. My box never arrived. After going back and forth for months I got my Summer Box on June 28th with none of my picks. It was all the left overs from each level and of course I did not get the promotional items that was the reason I originally signed up for. They have made promises, one of them being a box in Fall of 2027, but they also promised a promotion as well as a Bonus Box that they promised would not be leftovers from the Summer. So frustrating. Please beware and don’t order for a to good to be true promotion because there is no guarantee you will get what you signed up for.

My last two "luxury beauty boxes" arrived with missing items. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the missing items would not be sent, and I was offered only a $24 refund. Each box costs us approximately $150 and contains six items, valued at roughly $12 each! This is reason #1 why this is absolutely not worth the price. Also, the overall quality of the items has decreased significantly. Nothing offered is exclusive enough that it can't be purchased elsewhere, usually at a lower price. Furthermore, the customer service experience was incredibly frustrating; the representative appeared to be reading from a script and could not offer a helpful resolution. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to talk to someone who is just reading the most appropriate answer from a script or binder. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

We have had FabFitFun boxes for quite a few years and it used to be so wonderful and exciting. Literally like a little early-Christmas or birthday. My daughter and I loved picking and then opening together. The boxes were stunning and we would then repurpose the boxes as storage boxes in the house because they were so beautifully designed. To this day we still use them. I’d say a year or so ago things started to change. The cost went up, the choices went down, the packaging went do as things were just chucked in with. It much care which resulted in many breakages and having to return and get replacements. And the beautiful boxes were suddenly reversed. The beautiful designs put inside for no one to see and certainly stopping the want to repurpose the boxes, such a shame when before they were eco-conscious and reuseable. We kept up our subscription because we hoped it was just a blip but today we finally cancelled because the latest box was just blah. The choices not great, again the items just chucked in and yet another box with hidden designs. It’s so very sad how much the user-experience has changed. What used to be such a joyous purchase is now us wasting our money. I don’t know what or why the changes happened but they seriously need to reassess. Ask customers what they love, what they don’t love and what would keep them subscribing. And they should do it before they lose more customers. I shall lovingly continue to use our old boxes and remember they days when they were a treat but for now at least I will be saving some money.
