I can not even use the promo voucher I was sent in canada nor do any of the products work for all the questions I filled out. So disappointed with my first box

I love all the options and that I get to try so many new products that I’ve never heard of.

I have been a FabFitFun member for at least the last two years. I am an annual member. I appreciate the varied products offered by FFF for their customers. I have gotten to try skincare and beauty items I never would have known about if not for the box. I have received blankets (esp the Unhide) and other items that I would not have picked for myself. While there have been some selections that didn't excite me, I was able to think about how to choose the options that might make good gifts for my family members. I'm not super excited that the price of the box is going up in 2023 but I will probably keep subscribing because I still enjoy the quarterly gift to myself.

I made a mistake entering my gift card and I needed help and I was worried that I would miss the dead-line on my membership. I received help within minutes and all was looked after and my membership was renewed on time. The team is so knowledgeable and helpful and new exactly what I had done wrong. Love the team.

FabFitFun is easy to engage with and is very responsive. They send me information about my order in a timely manner. I have been a subscriber for about 9 months and haven’t had any issues yet.

Each box is filled with high quality full size products. I absolutely love that I can customize my boxes to my specific taste on products, home decor, kitchen goods, and fitness products. Each box is exciting because there is few unexpected bonus items each time. I look forward to unboxing each box and am always so surprised.
